Stu Posted October 24, 2019 Posted October 24, 2019 Looks pretty impressive for a small sports bike! Doesn't look as cheaply made as other bikes aimed at a similar market"> Quote
Matt Strange Posted October 24, 2019 Posted October 24, 2019 Needs a supercharger Heh, it does look good for a smaller cc machine, better than the KTM790 duke which is like a Chinese 125cc. Quote
Fozzie Posted October 25, 2019 Posted October 25, 2019 Hoping for a 20k redline like the old one had. I had a go on a 1989 one and it was just nuts. Quote

oldgrump Posted October 25, 2019 Posted October 25, 2019 Looks ace for a modern bike. What I read though its around 45hp,so much for progress. The RGV would have it for breakfast I take it yours is a British RGV250 with I believe 60hp, or a Jap spec 45hp that's been derestricted? Most RGV's in UK are Jap spec's, And for home market I still believe they have 45hp limit, and the 400's had 59hp limit. I doubt if Kawasaki will bring a none 45hp to our shores, shame really because 250 and 400 are so much more fun in the twisties. Just read what Bianco2564 said, that is a shame, mind you can't fit my CBR400RR much now to many afternoon teas Quote
Stu Posted October 25, 2019 Author Posted October 25, 2019 and the 400's had 59hp limit. The 400's are pegged at 112mph not at a bhp limit Quote
