Ive had a few problems with my pulse adrenaline andi had a post on here before about it not being able to start i did bring the bike to a mechanic which said theres few pieces missing from the head cylinder but he doesnt know himself whats wrong ive given up with the engine and wanted to know what engines would fit this best and whats best to get i know its a copy of the suzuki dr125 but would an original dr125 fit and what other good engines as i dont want to put anything crap as i want to get it properly working.

You can usually find Bike engines for sale on eBay. The questions you need to ask is are you willing to spend £hundreds on the bike and are you mechanically able to do the work required?


After having a quick look the cost of a new engine for that bike is around £500. You can pick up used ones for less obviously but they will need some tlc to get running.


I'd be more inclined to fix the current engine. You said on another post that a mechanic told you some parts were missing. I would either find out from him what's missing or invest in the bikes service manual and do some reading up. :thumb:

Or failing that take the engine out and take apart and see for yourself what is missing from the parts you have and get the parts you need :scratch:


Of course that is assuming you are competent to do so if not get somebody else who is to do it for you
