CBTs and DAS during Covid-19

Hope everyone is well,

I know things change over time regarding Covid-19, however from June 2020, is anyone clear on if CBTs and DAS training is open to all from June 2020? Is it still only for critical/essential workers? I am noticing now more and more schools opening up training, is that because lockdown is easing? I also wonder when tests will open up again?

I saw these three bikers (2 learners and 1 instructor, all wearing hi-vis) pass by my house today when I'd happen to look out the window so there must be a school that has opened back up in my area.
