Used to go out with a lass who's dad ran a Norton dealer in Wakefield, and some of the bikes he rode were miiiiint, but even so, couldn't help voting 'In-line 4'....



....for bikes of course. As i work in a car dealer I would have to say V8 for cars.... 8)

I voted inline 4 based on how my ZXR400 used to perform - I got to thrash the nuts off it everywhere I went!


Now, unfortunately, I can't really do that on a 600cc bike. :(





In second place, L-twin (not on the list) - based on my ride on a monster 1000. Awesome fun.

i like the horizontally opposed 6 of my Goldwing but the Y2K sounds Awesom....

voted for the V twin 8)


love the torque of the twin and you can really drive out of corners


but also love the smoothness of the inline 4 and the revyness (if thats a word!! )


if i could have both i would :?

i chose v twin as iv got one and love the torque of the thing...


but did like my bandits inline 4
