Ive seen this where all switches are working but the relay pins get dirty or corrode, more so after a long rest. a guy i know his stopped mid ride on a motorway and it was this. Im sure the fazer i was fixing was this too after many attempts at clutch cleaning etc. Don't disturb him he's been stripping out the clutch for the last 9 days . 1 Quote

Sorry - I need to get this forum to email me when there is a reply to the posts! The intermittent cut out happened again. I had started it no problem this morning & let it run for 5 minutes. This evening, I had it out of the garage to show someone who came around to view it before purchase. It started just fine. Let it run for a bit while they looked at at. Switched it off, went inside to look at the MOT listings and service history. They said their goodbyes. Put the key in the slot - tuned to the fully on position. Green light for neutral, another red light. No whirring sound - I think it is the sound it makes when it puts a bit of petrol in the engine? Push the starter button - nothing. Battery is fully charged. I do have the manual. I do have break down cover with a bank account deal. Edited May 21, 2021 by applicationcen Quote
