The Jade Mongoose Posted July 13, 2008 Share Posted July 13, 2008 Back home, 9am til 6pm - stopped at Devils on the way homeRoute went like this: Kendal - Skipton - Halifax - Buxton - turned back before we got to Matlock due to closed road - Cat n Fiddle - Stockport - Preston - Lancaster - Devils - Kendal. Total of 250 miles. B*gger me. Long day but absolutely fantastic. Thanks Keith for leading the way, nice to meet everyone at Halifax and the Cat. Some of them are like 20 minutes long!Could take a while, so will try sort em on a day off next week. First one was the Halifax-Buston road. Then Cat n Fiddle - Macclesfield. The corners werent the scary bit, cos you can see them cleary, and I slowed for them loads. But I know what you mean about tightening!The really scary bit was all the bumps!
