Gerbing GT Microwire Pro Gloves. Faulty r/h for sale

Gerbing GT Microwire pro in excellent condition. However, the right hand glove does not switch on. I have opened the inner seam a little to check the wire but I can't see what's wrong. I have sewn the seam back up perfectly. Gerbing say send it to them for repair but I have no time, I have bought some new ones. Comes with "Y" cable to attach to the battery cable. You will need the cable that goes to your battery. Even as a normal glove, these are fantastic and well worth £40 to your door. SOLD ELSEWHERE

Don't Gerbing offer lifetime warranty on the heating elements in their gloves?

 

Mine are brilliant in cold weather.

I got in touch and they said it's likely to be the switch where there is no warranty. Not sure how they can determine that without seeing them. Put me off the brand completely.
