Robcol Posted February 25 Share Posted February 25 THIS IS A QUESTION I CAN'T SEEM TO FIND A STRAIGHT ANSWER FOR THIS EVEN THE DVLA DID NOT KNOW … The DVLA told me they would get someone to ring me back but they never did … I DID MY MOD 1 TEST AND MOD 2 TEST ON A 125 SCOOTER AND PASSED NO PROBLEM… SO I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND THAT I CAN NOW TAKE MY L PLATES OFF AND CARRY A PASSENGER ONLY ON MY 125 SCOOTER WHICH I PASSED ON… I DID MY MOD 1 TEST AND MOD 2 TEST ON MY 125 SCOOTER FOR MY OWN REASONS AND ONLY WANTED IT SO I COULD CARRY MY WIFE ON DAYS OUT LOCALLY AS I'M NOT INTERESTED IN GETTING A BIGGER BIKE BUT THE QUESTION IS ??? I OWN ANOTHER 125 CC MOTORBIKE WITH GEARS WHICH I'M NOT INTERESTED IN CARRYING ANY PASSENGERS ON AS IT IS FOR MYSELF FOR MY OWN PLEASURE … AM I STILL ALLOWED TO RIDE MY 125 CC GEARED BIKE WITH L PLATES OR WILL I NEED TO RENEW MY CBT EVER 2 YEARS EVEN THOUGH I'VE PASSED MY A1 AND A2 ON MY 125 SCOOTER … HELP PLEASE … Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
