Doing 20pmh to 15pmh vehicle was turning left and went down but all sudden she went and do u turn and lost my balance on moped and fell off lucky enough just some paint come off and front break handle is loose and still able to break. Phoned garage said had to buy new ones and they fit it in for me. Just wondering is this easy fix and can just unscrew and then place new ones and screw or back in again. Everything seems fine nothing damages to green switch thing that signals a break just handbar is wobbly

Have you tried to check if the screw has become loose?

If you're fitting new handle it should take 10min each including making a cuppa

It depends - on the tracer you had to first unscrew the handguards before being able to access the screw to the handles :D

Probably 10 min excluding the cuppa

Cheapskate that I am I would have just cleaned it up with a file / sandpaper and given a lick of paint

I just left it because not really bugging me even with scraches and plus both brakes still work. Only thing had to do is to remove the grips from handlebars and replace them. Did it first time and it was sucesss and handles look brand new again
