bonio Posted Sunday at 20:26 Posted Sunday at 20:26 It means you can "provisionally" ride a two wheel cat A (i.e. of any size or power) bike. Provisionally meaning on L plates, and complying to all the rules for learner drivers (which means after passing a CBT, and, if the bike is over 125cc, under the guidance of an instructor) you can ride certain three-wheeled vehicles (including the Piaggios I mentioned above) without L plates or any other restrictions ... as long as you are wearing appropriate eyesight correction. 1 Quote
