I have these boots:

would they be OK for beginner biking?

I need something to do my lessons in, and I'd rather not purchase new stuff just yet.

Right if you slide down the road they will protect your feet from getting tarmac rash..... If the bike lands on you though they probably won't do much for you.


I would recommend you get some proper bike boots with good ankle protection... You will need them eventually anyway... :D

i did my cbt in less boots than that....just wore some magnums


if your gonna ride a bike a lot after cbt then get some proper ones just wear them round the house coz they are always a bit stiff to start with you might not get on with them whilst learning to ride too

i did my CBT in trainers as i wasnt sure i was gonna like biking so didnt want to dish out for boots i might never use again

them boot will probably protect your feet better then some "bike" boots :shock: :?
