Guest Posted May 11, 2009 Posted May 11, 2009 lmao too late now!!! How much interest have we got,, i think i sounds like a cracking weekend
Korben Posted May 11, 2009 Author Posted May 11, 2009 A fair few people I believe... I suspect around this time next year we will know a more definate figure, but at the moment I guess around 15 people...Gonna put some costs together towards the end of the year so will be able to provide more info then. It ain't gonna be the cheapest holiday ever, but I reckon it will be worth it.
Korben Posted May 11, 2009 Author Posted May 11, 2009 At a rough guess, all in (Food, Fuel, Spending Money) I would reckon about £450 to £550...
Korben Posted May 11, 2009 Author Posted May 11, 2009 Yeah. I am gonna aim for about £600 in total just to be on the safe side.
PMC Posted May 11, 2009 Posted May 11, 2009 Sounding good everyone!!Remember though we are looking for mixed groups and family as much as possible. 20 biker lads turning up ain't gonna be welcome. Families and ladies are needed, so please bring girlfriends / fiancee's / wifes so we have a good mix. I wouldn't worry - they've got a page encouraging owners clubs to come and stay, so they must be used groups of bikers. Anyway, this is the most inclusive forum I have ever seen, so I'm sure you'll get pretty much every demographic represented!Sounds like a wicked week, I'd love to spend some time riding round Scotland. Can't commit this far in advance though, but ask me again early next year!
TC Posted May 11, 2009 Posted May 11, 2009 Steve would this be staying in one place and day running from there, or a tour of Scotland
Korben Posted May 12, 2009 Author Posted May 12, 2009 Steve would this be staying in one place and day running from there, or a tour of Scotland Staying in one place. As I wanted it to be not only a biking holiday, but also a family holiday as much as possible, I thought it would be easier. Here is the place we are looking at staying at.http://www.lochtay-vacations.co.uk/index.htmLoads of stuff for everyone... Even us bikers if it does nothing but rain all week.
