I seem to be missing a bolt on my honda cbr600f4, its one of the ones that bolts the windscreen onto the fairing (i think theres about 6 of them in total). Where would i be able to pick one of these up from?

I've got two or three fairing screws missing on my screen! They're on the inside though and it's secure so I'm not bothered. You can get new ones from Halfords of all places. Click here to see the ones I mean.

If you go in-store to get them they're on the end of the isle on a hanger. Well they are in my local one anyway.

I looked at the screen screws on the halfords website and they all seem to require a nut on the other side, i unscrewed the bolt on the otherside of th windscreen and it doesnt have a bolt, it just screw into the fairing, its only the upper bolt on each side that have nuts on the other side, they are also different in diameter.

Fairing screws go into fairing clips like these. They clip onto the fairing and you screw into them. They're used instead of nuts, so if you did buy the ones from Halfords you could just not use the black nuts that come in the pack.

Or do what Frankie says and just try a local bike shop :D

What suzukipetes posted is a dzus fastener, these turn 90 degrees.. and are used as fairing clips for quick release, i doubt this is what you have on your screen. the screen mounts to the fairing with chimney nuts (black rubber nuts that compress) and i would suggest two bolts that holds the thing to the fairing frame/brace. have a look on tastynuts site..

It doesnt have a nut the other side which the screen bolt above it does, it is also a lot smaller in diameter than the bolt above which makes me think i cant just buy a universal bolt
