wiggleit
Hi............picked up a lovely little Richa leather jacket last year (long story)...............Pretty much as new.........does it need treating yet, whats the best thing to use? Want to keep it in good nick and improve waterproofing (this is Cumbria!!!!)Any recommendations?
Guest akey
I treat mine every 6 months or so. I clean them with TX leather cleaner, then use Auto Glym leather cream to feed / nourish the leather. To be honest any good leather cleaner and then treatment should do you fine. Korben
Except I do mine every 3 months and use Autoglym cleaner then Autoglym protector.Keeps them looking good and in the event of an off will protect you better than not treating them. Guest
I take it liquid shoe polish isn't the done thing then?would work on black but not colours....I was at the ridesafe event at Blackpool and was given a demo/clean with this stuff, works well, non greasy, waterproof, and reasonable price.. at 11.99, plus they do a travel size, which would be handy for a trial..http://www.renapur.com/balsam.htmvideo link..http://www.renapur.com/videos/Renapur-balsam.WMV
