T180985
i want to buy some crash bungs for my bike but been told that you usually have to cut through the fairing, does anyone know if this is the case on the 2005 Kawasaki ZX-6R? dont really want to start chopping it up tbh
MtotheJ
Nope. They screw right in to pre made holes for them. On the right they are visible in the gap of the fairing and on the left they are just behind the fairing. The left bobbin comes with a little bracket to fix it to. MtotheJ
Havent tried it myself but watched someone at one of my local bike shops do it to his as i wanted to see for future reference. Looks pretty simple to be honest. This is coming from me who is mechanically thick!
