  1. Where are you thinking of going on Sunday?
  2. Magic lads. Thanks for the advice. Think i might just flush the system and run new fluid through it.
  3. Well i finally managed to get the screws out and new ones in along with a wee top up of brake fluid. What i have now noticed is that when i pull the front brake i seem to have a leak of break fluid between the master cylinder and where the brake lines connect to it. Looks like theres a washer between them. Could that be worn and causing the leak? Thanks again for the help
  4. They're sunk below the gap Tango so cant get anything in to cut it straight across for a flat head. That was my original plan Thanks apollo, may need to get that for myself. Thanks for the reply guys
  5. So, im about to service my bike & gonna top up the brake fluid in the front master cylinder. The problem is.... The screws have rounded as they must be very old (obviously never changed by previous owner). So my problem is, how do i get the feckers out? Dont want to go and buy a new master cylinder. Any help would be great thanks

  13. It seems to be fully engaged. No smelly burning clutch either thats why im thinking it might just need adjusted.
  14. So, my clutch biting point seems to very high. Really only bites when the lever is pretty much fully released. Is this normal or is my cable needing adjusted. I just feel as if its a very high biting point.

  17. All is good im getting one from littlecat for a fraction of te price.
  18. Alot of people saying that pre 2005 r6 models are 5 pin r/r like the cbr. So might say to littlecat and see what year hers is.
  19. Just googled it there and found this so it might work with a r6 unit. [in the future if you don't want to fry voltage Rectifier/regulators buy a Yamaha R6 or R1 unit off of ebay, they are larger and work better without frying. Or buy a "honda" aftermarket version with a heat sink built onto it. The R1 or R6 unit ( 5 wires ) is the best choice.]
  20. Just check there and it says its also compatable with Yamaha SR500, TDM850 (2000 on), YZR1000 (R1) 03 on. Nothing sbout the r6 though
  21. not the exact same mate however I reckon it will fit and the plug is also the same. might just be made slightly different since '92 could be just the one im looking for
  22. Need to check when i get in mate. Using my phone and its not showing any pics
