Ok folks another question for all you good folks here. How do I adjust the handlebars on my GSX 600 F ? they are sitting pretty low when compared to my friends GSXF and the rides a little soft too! I've ordered a Haynes manual but it will be a while before it arrives! Here's a pic of the bars... http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f15/min200/003_zpse3238843.jpg Thanks in advance for your help!

I took my HGV 1 licence about 10 years ago as my "fall back" incase I struggled with work. Now its not a cheap do as you have to do your HGV 2 first so it costs about £1800 all in but you end up earning good money, im on £26000-£27000 mark at the moment. So you get back what you invest and my "fall back" job has become my perm career with promotion upwards in the transport office as I work for a major transport chain. So think outside of the box, have an ask what funds/grants are available for retraining If any! Good luck EDIT** forgot to say there are always jobs in the driving industry!

Keep it up! Im about 6 months or so in myself but I cut down to 3 cigs a day for 3 months before stopping. Exercise really helped mr when I was in the grips of withdrawal! You will feel a real difference around the 3 month mark health wise -
Well thanks guys that is much appreciated I need to sort the bike out as wifeys car decided to eat a spark plug in chamber 2 and explode along with mine now deciding its a good time for the clutch to start slipping Hey ho these things are sent to try us! I shall service the bike this weekend ready for another shivery ride to work on Monday Im thinking now might be the time to buy a brand new car on tick along with a bumper warranty!

What a great welcome! I didn't realise I had to give my life's story as soon as I had arrived. I've been signed on for a while now and just because I havn't said alot so far should not go against me. With forum warriors like yourself who are super brave gobbing off behind the safety of the keyboard I am surprised you have as many members here as you do. Is this clown the norm here or have I just managed to find the local troll?

Hey all what type of oil, and how much, do I need for my GSX 600F 1998? My bike needs topping up so I may as well change the filter as well!
