    Xenon bulbs

Checked out osrams website. Just a little confused as i always call my bike a 600 bandit S '03 plate. I have 2 choices: GSF 600 S (A81111) K1-K4 57KW built 01.01 - 0.0 GSF 600 S (GN77B) T-X 57KW built 01.96 - 0.0 / U T - UY 25KW built 01.96 - 0.0 Dont think it would make MUCH difference between them as i imagine they all use the same fittings. But if anyone can spot something there that is obvious to someone whos not a fool please let me know =)

    Xenon bulbs

Does anybody use Xenon bulbs? I want to make myself a bit easier to see on these dark nights and rainy mornings.. A brighter light would be nice as mine are a little dim. Any particular brand people use or just general bulbs?
  9. "Shitty chinese bikes" Dying Thats me all over.
  10. Not sure if you could take them back to the shop you bought them from? Maybe buy a better quality boot? But i only spent £40 on mine and they do the trick. Are the tops covered from the rain? If not water will just run down your leg into the boot.
  11. 2:22 the biker.. my whole body cringed...
  12. I clean mine every 2 weeks. Wheel bike out onto the center stand. de-crap the chain and re-lube it. tighten the chain if needed. check fluid levels. Spray with water. Spray over some muc-off. come back 5 mins and spray with water. Then dry with microfibre cloth. Put chrome polish (on the chrome duh) leave it about 10-15minutes and wipe it off. THen a little ACF-50 on the engine and some other metal parts. Good to go! Whole process takes maybe an hour? I don't mind to much i like to know my bike looks nice and is in a good condition ^^ I'm sure that will change soon =D
  13. I hear they're kinda crud. Better off with heated grips or bark busters.
  14. I just put on a nice set of thermals black ones under my work clothes. Keeps me warm all day and cost about £10.
  15. Tell her.. If she flips off the handle its because she knows she is wrong.
  16. It's good to know the young ones are learning... That's the first lesson in dealing with a seized bolt Is the second lesson whiskey? Lots and lots of whiskey.
  17. Theres an art to it? i thought it was "f**k it up then sit on the floor crying and contemplating your life choices" ?
  18. Hmm. Well i'll give it a read in the haynes and have a little go at it. Worst comes to it i can take it down the garage.
  19. £20 it is then =D I'll only get pissed off when i could be out having a ride ^^
  20. If people tail gate me they just get my going slower while i shake my ass at them. Nobody wants that. Nobody. Well except.. Go your own pace =) Go the speed people want you to and you're not comfortable with you'll end up in a crash.
  21. My rear brake pads apparently need changing. now i can pay £20 have this done at the garage which im visitng saturday anyway so they can change my sensor. Or i can do it myself. My mechanical skills are average at best. I have most tools i could likely need and a haynes manual. Should i do this myself or just pay the money and save the hassle.
  22. Been finding mine is not holding up as well in the rain.. Cold weather i get a little around the edge. But in the rain the visor starts to fog up quite badly.. No water inside as i leave it closed when it rains maybe a new pinlock..?
  23. Get one that is comfortable and fits YOU all peoples heads are different and different helmets fit differently! I use a Caberg V2RR, cost me £130 it's comfortable reasonably quiet warm and has a sun visor.
  24. Grab a tank bag =D
  25. You dirty man Fixed I'm 24 you sod =D
