Will that fit on any bike? ( i imagine there are different sizes for different CC )

So apparently my bike needs a new chain.. not even hit 3000 miles? I clean it regularly and what not. Is this shit quality? Me not cleaning enough? Either way £40 to get a new one bit narked off.. Can anyone recomend a good chain so i don't have to replace it before i flog it.

Anyone ever used coke on an exhaust to clean the shit off it? Soak or just pour some over?

I'm planning on REALLY cleaning my exhaust as the underside is FILTHY and caked with rust and grime. Now i have two questions. One - Can i remove the WHOLE exhaust and replace it without breaking anything? I see there is 2 bolts where it joins to the engine and then 2 that hold it on further down. Two - Can i soak the exhaust in anything to weaken the dirt? IE water. or a diluted cleaner?

I have a pair of each. Kevlar jeans for when the weather is nice. At 20+mph you can feel the air so not to hot (maybe when walking around?) And my commuting trousers and ones i wear in bad weather are a pair of textiles. go over any trousers and my boots and are rather comfortable. Has a lining which i removed as its far to hot If you're just gonna be pillion ( i assume nice weather? ) Get some jeans they're a bit breathable and if it rains stick waterproofs over which are light as anything.

Found the place alright. Couldn't find any bike parking though In the end i parked outside the front door and ran inside as it was 12:20 and i was due in at 12:30. Passed 43 MP and 55 HP onto the next part!

Anyone know where the place you take your theory test is? Looked on google maps and i cant see anywhere a bike could park (my instructor told me) I know it's around crown street. Anyone been there before? Got my theory later today don't wanna be late tryign to find the place

Generally only carry the tankbag with me. No space under the seat as theres no storage haha. Might just slip it in the top of the tankbag when not in use

Can anyone recomend a way for my tankbag to not scratch my tank while attached? Was thinking a cloth or something but then will it hold on aswell and it's another think to carry with me. Tips/suggestions welcome

Found a good chrome protector at car place down road from me. so gonna autosol them to a shine then apply this over to top

I feel lazy now... I just scrub mine witha brush and use some chain cleaner, let it dry a bit and lube it up

Hey guys / girls Can anyone recomend a good chrome polish for my wheels/exhaust/lights etc. I need something to protect the chrome after i polish it up with autosol to a shine as after about a day it looks like crap again.

If you're going via colchester theres quite a few here: Parkinsons is a nice little shop with a handful of ducati. Copes has mixed bikes mostly yamaha i think Kawasaki (enough said) Hythe hill has mixed bikes nice little shop Or if you can stop by ipswich there are some better shops such as: Lings. which sell honda i think. Right next door there is a triumph show room. and near the train station is orwells which is a HUGE suzuki dealer. thats a great shop. Best ones for clothes in my opinion are orwells. lings. and copes. If you want any more info just lemme know

I use the chain cleaner. It's pretty much average chain cleaner Got 3 cans last visit as it was only £6

Check out a Caberg V2RR thats what i use. decent helmet. matches most/all that criteria.

Personally i think it shouldn't be compulsory, a lot of people buy cheap nasty helmets that provide little to no protection. You also a lot of the time get guys on their hayabusa or suzuki GSX1000 riding along with a £300 helmet on but wearing shorts and t-shirt. Now a helmet aint gonna save that idiot if he comes off. Sensible people who wear reasonable protection when they go riding (jacket boots gloves trousers helmet) would always wear one if it was a legal requirement or not.

The biker who while i was driving in slow "traffic" on the A12 this morning in my car (60mph at least) Decided to cut through at about 80mph between me and a truck and carried on doing it for the rest of the time i could see. This bellend gives us all bad reputations and makes a lot of people hate bikers.

Got mine today, wasn't in the list aswell. Not bad for a freebie, will wear on days that arn't to cold.

It's back at an approved dealer garage so mechanics been speaking to them, shame i don't have it yet though because it's nice weather!
