It's the helmet. I had a k3 (not the guy Martin one I hasten to add). The pinlock was terrible on it. Also the vision was obscured in a arse down position. The K5 is a much better thought out helmet. Also I swear by the hjc is17 for commuting. I wear glasses and went through the whole contacts thing. It's worth it.

Get training again Mark You never know. I thought I'd never play owt again after back surgery in 2009. I was 35 then and thought well that's that then. Did the intensive physio etc. Started training in gym a bit and went from there. Have played 80 minutes since several times. Couldn't do a full season or owt now but that's more to do with being old n over weight. You don't move much playing ra ra anyway

Never used it. Proper frowned upon where I go. I have been known to take the odd paracetamol or 4 before going mind. Especially when it's been under the arm etc.

Tattoos hurt... They hurt even more in sensitive locations. I think you will suffer more from having the leg in a specific position for a period of time than through the muscle damage?? I have had surgery on my back and since had some ink work on it. Crack on you'll be right. If you can play that thug game union you can't be a soft lad If not go full tart mode and get some of that numbing cream

Mawsley et al. Right need a hotel recommendation. For the weds night before the day of champions on the Thurs. We are meeting some friends of ours at the Tescos East of the circuit on the main road (so we can all camp together) on the Thurs morning. But Lisa is on about going to that designer outlet in Bicester?? on the weds. Any ideas much appreciated
