Me to go to theirs n look after me Dad. Cool. Sorted. Gets a phone call last night from me mam. "Your dad thinks he will be better off if you look after him at your house " They don't have BT sports or Eurosport Fair play father. Fair play

The moulded ear plugs offer very little difference in protection versus standard disposable ones. And are far less cost effective. It was another gimmick surrounding the bike industry. Hence why in areas you genuinely need to where them we still use high rates disposables.

Tip. If you are going down the ear plug route? Buy them from builders merchants not bike shops and ensure they are rated. Or become friendly with people who work in power stations etc....lol
