Baloo If you will take any advice RE physiotherapy then listen. (Both knees operated on. Back op. Wrist broke in 2 places and countless shoulder dislocations etc etc) Make the excersizes part of your daily life. E.g.. before putting kettle on I need to do 10 reps etc Before long you won't realise your actually doing it and it becomes 2nd nature. Also. Don't get too despondent. The body takes time to heal
