  1. Thanks very much guys I'm not rushing in to anything! Eab I'll send you model later thanks mate!
  2. Scratch that...I'm not covered. Boiler too old...
  3. I have British Gas homecare thingy....the engineer told me this morning that the heat exchanger is leaking and that needs replacing as well as the front panel from water damage. Apparently this boiler has been obsolete for a very long time and both these parts are unavailable. So should I trust them or get a second opinion? I can get another engineer out for free via my home insurance...thinking I might just do that for peace of mind...
  4. Ok thanks for the replies. I'll get a quote from BG, then base all else against it. Fro I'll deffo get a quote from GM thanks dude
  5. So I've had British Gas tell me my boiler is kaput, totally. I have this weird micro turbo thing in my bathroom, a replacement can't go there as its too close to the window and a new boiler will have to be in a new location. Can anyone give me advice re a national company who will do a decent job on installing a decent brand boiler at a good price, and that will do instalments? f**king boiler. All I need.
  6. PM'd you dude...
  7. I'll pm you later dude
  8. Mate I know a nice little residential area in Wanstead. Right next to the station (central line) and right by the A406 & A12 & M11, so getting out of London very easy.
  9. Time to get another sorted
  10. Hope you find the culprit mate and it isn't h/g failure. '57 plate Vectra 1.9 cdti @ 60k. H/G failure and totally fooked engine. Said I'd never own a Vauxhall again. Then bought a Corsa VXR clubsport brand new. Followed by a new Insignia VX line. The Insignia has been nothing but a pain in the ass and has broke down 3 times in a year. And it's still not right. I can't wait to get shot of it. This time when I say I'll never touch Vauxhall again, I bloody mean it
  11. I quit smoking a few years back. I'm a Vapist now
  12. Looks like a 2004 when I zoomed in on the V5

  14. Was a good day and nice to meet you all. Phil my ears are still bleeding!
  15. Ride safe, see you all there. Six, next time mate. Fro, hope the missus is getting better!
  16. I hate London. But it makes me appreciate Haverhill, which is really saying something.
  17. Everyone ready for tomorrow?
  18. Knox Handroid are brilliant, and crash well.
  19. ^dnt get me started on them! Lol
  20. It's a little more noisy than an AGV S2 if you've ever used one. Not ott but I always use plugs so it's not an issue. As for wind, there's no chin curtain so air does go under the chin and out the top. Not excessive and the goggles have vents anyway so they don't fog. So yeah, it's a bit windy but not too much. Like I said, a really good summer lid, but for long distances or bad weather (and winter) I'll go back to using the HJC. I'm quite fussy with lids, and I'm really liking this.
  21. And yes, I just realised how dusty my TV stand is, and it's polished up now lol.
  22. Ever since I saw the Shark Raw helmet I really liked it. I've got a Ben Spies Ltd HJC RPHa10 as my day to day lid, very light, comfy but loud. Fancied something different to go with the loony looks of the SM. I did buy a motor cross lid, but after wearing it once, decided it just wasn't for me, no good on road just too windy and at anything over 70 it wants to rip your head off backward. Those lids are better off staying off-road only. So I treated myself to a Shark Vancore helmet, in Camo colours. Got a green iridium lens too to make it a bit more funky. Ordered from Holland and far cheaper than anything else in the UK. Anyway I got it the other day and I'm well impressesed. It's a great summer use helmet, well made and the lining is comfy as fook. Quite a small shell though but no big deal. Goggles fit perfect and it's not very loud at all. The goggles are quick release and fit really well into the lid itself. Only one vent, on top. All in all I'm happy with it so far. Looks like something out of HALO ODST too (bonus). Worth a shot if you like different, more suited to a naked or Supermoto though. http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e57/merlin6823/Mobile%20Uploads/20160421_103113_zpsn2ueczif.jpg
  23. No worries, 1130 at Birchanger. I'll not be needing a fuel stop anyway
