I don't even isolate my house power before changing out light fittings.
I didn’t even isolate my house power before changing my distribution board. Trust me I am / was an electrical engineer.

So cafe ‘Junction 1 Ten’ counts as both 1 & Ten?
@Hoggs May say one OR ten.

@Hoggs quick question. Is a cafe/pub "fifteen " usable for a 1 or 5. We all know fifteen is 1&5 so?
I know I am being a bit “creative” with this.- 1

Happy to give you six easy suggestions;
Traditional Manx Cottage, Cranstal Rd, IOM, 9JRF+59
IOM Motor Museum, Jurby, IOM, 9F5H+R5
The footbridge at the Bungalow, A18, 7G2P+JP2
Cafe Bar Two Six, Airport Way, Derbyhaven, Ballasalla, IOM, 39MP+6J
Peel Castle, West Quay, Peel, IOM 68G2+CM
Murray's Motorcycle Museum, Main Road, IM4 1EN, IOM
Is that because you intend to keep your number next year and you have already taken the photos.

You can get the most up to date version from here and it’s free.
This is where I go when looking up on changes etc.
Unfortunately, for motorists, there are sections in the Highway Code for pedestrians and cyclists and I suspect very few, if any, pedestrians read them and probably few cyclists.
these 2 groups hear on the news that they “have priority “ and so assume everyone else is going to give way to them regardless.
oopps sorry this should probably have gone in the rant section.

Had a Cardo, then when I changed my helmet got a Sena to fit into the Neotec.
in my opinion the Cardo is the better unit.

I put retired when I finished work and insurance went down, slightly, but that was mainly due to removing “commuting to a place of work” and just listing SDP as use.

There's a knack, usually flip off your boots
Can’t really take your boots off at the side of the road when it’s started to rain. Boots were not a problem as I keep a couple of plastic carrier bags in the top box. Put these over the boots and then they just slide down the legs.
