looking at the stats it seems to have 10 HP more still at 14000 rpm tho. little bit quicker and maybe a tad gruntier than the 600's

So do they do a 636 every year now or have they stopped.

i dont get the 636's. why did they do em any what years. the 08 is a 600. the zx6r. or do they do an extra 636 ninja each year or was it just a once off????

i cant imagine a 07 636 pulling away from an 05 gsxr. maybe the 7r and 750 gsxer were cruisin

nelly you couldnt be more rite. mate had a look and said its 'missing' straight away. so i let it run taking one out at a time, yup no change in sound when i took one out. changed that plug there was an improvement, more like it was trying to ge to 4 cylinders but still fallling short. anyway that was last night. ive got a sneaky suspicion its the timing, ill try the lead b4 i mess with that. replaced all the plugs as well. god knows how long they were in there!

replaced all sprockets sounds better. one cylcinder was missing. replace all as god knows how long they bin there for. sounds good now but driving still runs as 3ish and tries to jerk to 4;s power but never does it. maybe the timings off. distributer cap off, play witht he rocker arm to get the timing rite? any1 know where i can get a service manual for free online? ps.tell me if im talking crap. or some1 who knows how to alter the timing enlighten me

would the fan not operating make the coolant boil? if not. looks like i have a prob with my coolant system as well as the fan. plenty to do this winter ffs lol

120 from a non dealer but its a DID chain. 45 quid to fit. these prices seem ok? i asked him if the mechanic wud mind me watching and he was umming and rrring haha. i cud prob do this myself but it wud be gud to know a place i cud take the bike to and not get ripped off if ever i cant do anything myself

I rang my nearest kwaka dealership today and for JT steel front and rear sprockets and a xring chain tsubaki they want 130quid. for fitting they say 1hr 30mins which would be he said another 65quid so 195quid if i had it done? does it take this long to do, could a novice like myself do it?

im trying to get at the plugs to check em but as seen on the vid they are underneath the air filter, any point a noob out how to get the damm air filter off!!???

if i take the rocker cover off isnt that a 1 trick horse then it needs replacing or oil goes everywhere? or am i safe to take it off then just reattach?

I know this is a bike forum but i imagine (hope) some of you know a bit about cars Car has been running fine then got in the other day set off to work and front is vibrating and it isnt pulling thru the GEARS at all. Significant downturn in performance. Have to keep it down 1 gear than usual to keep speed up. I made a vid to try and show the noises the car is making. Im hoping its something simple that can easily be pointed out by some1 with some know how. Anyway have a look, any help would be awesome. andy ps. sorry for crappy commentary haha ">

are rite so its premixed. sometimes if im in traffic or getin the bike up my garden hill to the shed when it gets too hot the coolant is boiling, literally bubbling. and ive never heard my fan come on :S

i have same problem with my bike. if i go full out thru first I have to really make sure i kick it up and leave foot there or else is pops into neutral and dont go anywhere haha

is q8 coolant alrite to jus put in the bike or do i need to add water?

If i went to a kwaka dealership what would a general service cost. Id prob also be asking them to look at the engine because my mate knows a bit about bikes and when on idle the engine is making cpl of noises and like its not running on all cylinders. Also is 90quid good for a chain and sprocket set? cheers guys ive got a manual and currently reading to do this stuff myself but I want to get it serviced by professionals first as i think it hasnt been serviced in AGES

ye there them ones for the zx7r which is basically the same size back light but acts as indicators as well and they are less than the width of a number plate
