6. I have a Garmin zumo 660, which I use for uploading the positions of the photo rally's locations I do. But like fastbob I buy at least 2 maps every year from the Works, and plot the roads and junctions with the help of Google maps. So I don't have to relie on the Sat nav.
7. At least with a road map, you get to pick the roads you want to ride, not the shit roads that sat navs take you on. And there is some fast B roads across exmoor Enjoy your weekend.

12. Mine needs checking & adjusting every 600 miles Hi as Meggark you need to lube or buy better chains if you need to adjust at 600 miles. Bloody hell that means if I did my normal run to Scotland I would have to take tools to adjust my chain.
13. Hi Buzzthekid , the 3rd line is vacuum, or air only, it opens the diaphragm to let fuel from other two feeds. If you have fuel in that line, it sounds to me like the diaphragm has gone. Not sure if you can get replacement ones. You can still try to run the engine up by blanking off the feed at both ends. ie a piece of pipe on carb end which is clamped so no air can get into carb. and pipe on petcock clamped again so nothing out that end. then if tap working on prime you should have constant fuel out of other 2 lines? Try that, if like Mississippi Bullfrog says you then have flooding in carbs then it's either stuck or holed float's or needle valves not shutting fuel supply into carbs. But try that at first.
14. My question would be, Why are you adjusting a Chain with less than a 1000 miles on it!!!!!!!!
15. Hi and welcome, The fuel tap on the T500 is vacuum fed, so two pipes go to the float bowls and the other goes from back of carb near air filter hose to vacuum unit on tap. you can check vacuum unit by disconnecting pipe from carb side and sucking on it to see if fuel comes out of other two pipes. Hence could be why you only getting fuel out of prime. Another problem is if this pipe missing you will be sucking neat air into carb, making running and starting problems. There is also two large screw's on either side of carbs, these are the tick over screw's, so once you get it running, screw them in slowly to see if you can get it to tick over. As Mississippi Bullfrog said check tyres, and on the T500 the brake shoe's, these can de-laminate if been stood a long time. Should be cable's brakes so check cables are not frayed. And worse scenario is the fact that the crank seals sometime dry out in the engine, if bike not been used or started for awhile, and can cause a lot of running problems. But on a positive note they go for a lot of money in good condition But parts are expensive! Do you know what model it is?
16. Hi, I answered this question in the newbies section, sometime ago for you, the ignition is on the l/h side and runs in oil on the cb750k. when you remove the first casing on the Ignition side there is a o ring groove with rubber gasket? If it is then yes it will run in oil, go to your local Main Honda dealer they should be able to tell you. But as said before 99% certain these ran oil on Ignition pick ups.

19. Hi, have you still got centre stand fitted, if so just put it on stand and drop shock out, if not try putting axle stands under rear footrest arms {may have to remove silencer}. But loosen all bolts first, so you're not trying to pull it off the stands
