I've bought a quite a few items from J&S and have had nothing but good experiences. Just saying what others have already said but: The refund policy is legal, and I believe that they do not have to tell you as long as there are signs within the shop saying so. They can be at the till, on the front door, just as long as it is somewhere you can see. Buying on-line you will always get a refund but you may have to send this back to them to get a refund and will not get a refund in store. This is due to the long distance selling act. Unfortunately I spent half my time trying to explain this to customers when I was a manager in retail.
