1. The pin lock was fitted at the shop so hopefully it's all in the right place but I'll have to wait and see. I didn't know the helmet had anything to do with Guy Martin to be honest I just wanted something bright and not too girly
2. I haven't ridden since Tuesday. I'll let you know how I get on tomorrow. I'm physically fine, my shoulder still aches a little bit I think that's just a sprain, the flash backs and dreams that make me jump awake are a pain but they go eventually. Onwards and upwards as they say
3. New lid. Fingers crossed I keep this one a bit longer this time
4. I suffer with quite nasty migraines. Unfortunately I know them and the symptoms I suffer with very well. If anything remotely different had happened I would have got myself to A&E honest and I'm sure SometimesSansEngine would have dragged me kicking and screaming as well.
5. He did look after me. My brain decided to go on a fritz and I had multiple migraines one after the other after and he fed me while I could hardly lift my head up. Having a migraine in the test centre did make for interesting conversations (mainly me as I chat even more gibberish during a migraine as I can't seem to find the right words) and trying to work out who was talking to me as I could only see half the room.
6. Ahahaha only because the trousers they supply are truly awful
7. I'm ok, just feeling a bit sorry for myself and a touch sore but I got kudos for being back at work the next day. Thank you Via and Slowlycatchymonkey for asking. As for biscuits, given that I'm a postie biscuits form the main part of my diet. I'm quite enjoying Lidl's spiced biscuits at the moment
8. That didn't quite go to plan I panicked when doing my emergency stop and snatched at my brakes, locking up my front wheel and I came down in a heap. Thankfully my kit did it's job and I'm ok but sore and I have a cracking headache. I'm just so annoyed with myself. I've practiced it over and over hundreds of times and I just let my nerves get the better of me
9. Me! I fluffed up pulling up to fill the petrol tank and parked far too close. I didn't want to push and pull the bike around to get to a better place so just went with it but when I went to get back on my foot got tangled in the hoses and I nearly fell over with the bike oops!
10. Look for the couple involved in a role reversal, where the husband is attempting to convince his wife not to spend so much money on bike stuff That was me and my fella today.... I have no idea what he's talking about to be fair it's normally me that tells him if he wants something he sound get it.
11. The dog, who had done a massive right where I finished my u-turn on the drive. What with it being dark I didn't see it but even with my stinker of a cold I smelt it
12. Thank you so much goat that's incredibly kind I have to agree that eye is quite freaky
13. I'm yet to find a set of contacts that I can keep in for longer than a few hours (I have quite bad astigmatism which means contacts don't really sit on my eye properly and so start to itch with in an hour or two). I have a pin lock and that stops my visor fogging but not my glasses. Maybe it is my breath guard. I've just had a look at Rob's and it's different. I'll try the muc off and Bob heaths and see if that helps. Thank you
14. Hey, My glasses keep fogging up when it's cold in the morning and I'm finding myself holding my breath with I stop at junctions etc which isn't great. I've tried using the anti fog stuff that came with my helmet care kit and it helps but doesn't stop it. Can anyone recommend something that might work better than the shift-it anti fog spray. Thanks Magpie
