  1. The dynojet mains have the letter DJ stamped alongside the jet size, a run on a dyno with exhaust gas analysis will show if its set up correctly, the flat spot could be tuned out by altering the jetting. Alternatively it could be wear of the needles causing a stutter.

  2. Forget the stage 1 kit, for the best gains a full system like an Akrapovic then a K&N will justify some dyno time for the optimum carb set up, expect gains of around 25% too, but best done on the dyno with an experienced bloke.

  3. The cams from the K/L model oil boilers are quite sought after, don't be tempted to fit the later M/N cams as I believe they have a different spec grind. Some reckon the k/l models were the best of the oil cooled 1100 motors as Suzuki loss their way a bit with the M/N.

  4. Chain lubed' date=' and tensoin, oil, petrol, condoms [/quote'] Condoms I'M ALLERGIC TO LATEX PEWPEW!

In that case......................a Tesco carry bag and a cable tie.

  5. Sell the Dymag, they can be more trouble than they are worth, they are magnesium and fester and rot at the drop of a hat, as they are also cast not forged they can be brittle, put it on ebay you might get £150-200 from some trackday nut. Vesrah gasket sets are excellent.

  6. Theres probably at least one filter with in the pump itself, it maybe just a case on dismantling it and cleaning the filters, I did this to a Hayabusa pump last year and there were 3 filters within the pump, ranging from a paper element to a couple of guaze filters, worth a look, it may save you the price of another pump.

  7. Lifted off Facebook

  8. The scratches on the tank, without a full respray will have to stay, blame the numpty and his bunch of keys. The Yoke can be repolished, the scratches are in the lacquer applied after manufacture. The rubber is as Frank says a chain guide, just give it an occasional wipe and it will be fine. Anyone who puts their ignition key on a bunch of keys then allows them to swing around whilst riding, scratching stuff etc, should be taken to one side and slapped until they see logic. The ignition switch is mean't to have assorted crap hanging from it, apart from the obvious damage it also weakens the switch and prematurely wears the lock mechanism.

  9. Keep hearing about this Willingham Woods place..im gonna have to go take a look soon cos curiosity is gettin the better of me lol.. :)

Its ok on a Saturday afternoon for an hour or so, or on a Wednesday night if the weathers good, if you do decide to visit, be wary as its heavily policed at times.

  10. I'd say CBRf, not CBRrr. The CBRf is a lovely bike, the rr is too twitchy for a first bike, too likely to end up nasty...

Nonsense that goes for most bikes I know people who bought the rr or any other sports 600 and have been more than fine, and people who have gone for something less sporty and f**ked up.

If you want the rr get the rr!
