I was born here in the UK, my mother was born in Germany but her parents my grandparent's were Polish, my father was Hungarian but unsure about my grandparent's on his side where they originated from, I have looked into it a bit, and i could have Russian, Romanian or Czech ancestry

Also alignment might be out, after having the work done, doesn't take much for it to be out.

Chain loose, brake binding, possible clutch issue. Does it roll with the clutch pulled in when in gear, is it in neutral and not slipped into a gear. Should keep you busy for while

Very much doubt it, you may find them on Wemoto, you might even be able to get the panels from there too but new rather than used

Don't let chinese put you off, my main bike is a chinese 125, benelli do a grom clone for reasonable money, try and get to some dealers and sit on some, that will give you an idea for getting on/off and how practical it will be for your needs. There are some dodgy deals out there that can catch out the unwary, for a first bike try and get one from a reputable dealer either used or new, that way you have some form of warranty, usually around 3 months on used and upto 2 years on new

Don't let your height put you off, there are techniques you can learn to deal with these problems, also some bikes can be adapted with a thinner seat, well done on getting onto two wheels you will enjoy it
