    Washed my helmet lining at the weekend (for the first time this year ) You would not beleive how much dirt came out ... I was quite ashamed Also the pads puffed back up again and the fit is better. So come on people wash those helmets before the really sweaty weather !!!

    Don't be tempted by so called "racing" pads from a company called armstrong ... widely available in the notts, derby area, very very cheap .. very very bad

    Father in law has one on his VFR (added after fitting bar risers) He is very pleased and it is v good quality I was looking at the universal version they do for naked bikes, may get one in "stock" for longer motorway journeys Cheers Stuart Cheers Stuart

    I usually meet the in-laws down there ... ....... mondays are a little quieter and the food is better than wednesdays (in my opinion) would love to catch up with others, would have to arrange something as i tend not to stand by my bike as I am inclined to wander off looking for old Brit Iron ...
