Got myself a front wheel chock off amazon, it's great as I now don't have to rely on the misses being home to get on my paddock stand although I guess it won't help if your doing the front wheel.

I put up a post here and suddenly i find the bits online, must try the trick again in the future. Sorry for wasting your time. C

Yeah on closer look the front fairing would probably need a bespoke mounting plate made,. Cheers

Hi one and all, been reading the posts about fitting LED indicators which i think look pretty smart, my slight problem is an adapter for my 08plate hornet. the original ones mount onto a teardrop shaped rubber mount and if i just bolted the LED ones straight to this it would look pretty naff, so my question is does anyone know of someone who produces adapters? for all my internet searching i can't find anything, i can mill one up but it'll be a right pain with a dividing head and at times its just easier to throw money at the situation, below is a link to a picture of the rubber mount, http://i1328.photobucket.com/albums/w522/chrisb_589/Hornet/IMG_0202_zps0d133ab8.jpg Thanks in advance Chris

I paid for individual lessons to my confidence up on my 125, then paid for 4 big bike lessons plus my tests, just had to book my theory myself. Good bunch of lads, allow me to drop in and give me hints on how to improve my riding still.

I did mine with mototechnique near Victoria station. Paid for a DAS package after riding with a cbt for a year. Let me suit lessons around my shifts with work. C

It should have carbs and a choke, the change over was late 2007 early 2008 to the injected 600 engine. As said previously the choke shouldn't be needed that much this time of year, from what you've said I'd say it was fine just might need a little tinkering towards winter but I doubt it. C

Weekend off with the GF, no bike riding allowed, day I get the chance and the weather turns sh*#e!! F*#k it!!

I use Nav free with a waterproof phone holder that i got from amazon for my Iphone, run the lead from my head phones to an extension lead that goes in at the bottom of my jacket. Works great for a simple sat nav, i've not played with it to see if i can put way points in and stuff but it always gets me to where i want to go, it works well on my mates HTC Which runs android. just need to get a charger for my phone as the battery wont last all day plus having to take my gloves off everytime to check somthing can get a bit frustrating if you have to do it alot. I've got a box flip front, think its great and it's got a flip down sun visor, not sure if its quiet compared to anything else but it does me and means I can fiddle with my ears when I needy head phones in.
