    Keep going I failed twice and felt like shit and thought I'd never pass and wanted to jack it in but passed third time around and I'm glad I carried on.

    I personally found the Jump up to a big bike much more stable and safer than my 125 that I often felt quite unsafe especially if it was windy !

    Discovery plus works well on a tablet but on the Tele it's rubbish

    Do the CBT and see how you get on. Lots of good stuff on places like marketplace so no need to spend a fortune other than helmet

    Young scooter rider near me going along doing a wheelie with one knee on the saddle whilst wearing shorts and tee shirt...atleast he had his L plates displayed and had a helmet on !

    Not sure but when I got my big bike after a year on a 125 the insurance was something like £200 for the year albeit it was an old Fazer which I still have

    Did it similar age to you, cbt then rode that for a year although partly as Covid prevented any possibility to upgrade.then did my mod 1 and 2 separately and tbh best thing I’ve ever done.have sold my car now and go everywhere on my bike

    Keep going passed mine first time but failed mod 2 twice and was the expense as much as anything else . atleast when you pass you'll never have to do most of these manoeuvres ever again!

    You won't necessarily fail for stalling as long as you take the precautionary measures start up and move

    Yes it sucks when you fail and it's not really your fault but any time the driver behind has to brake I think it's a fail

    Is it though as a car licence is theory , 20 odd lessons and test prob takes 6 months Bike is theory, couple of days learning than mod 1 then 2 probably takes a month But having a 17 year old and being around kids that age none of them would ever contemplate having an old banger for a car let alone riding a bike it's just not a thing in the UK imo
