  1. Fixed mine, the wire that you attach to the battery was faulty. New one of them fitted and it works fine.
  2. I've borrowed a friends which works.. Does the same on my bike! I'm starting to think the lead that goes to battery is knackered.
  3. Hi All, Had my Oxford Optimiser 600 for around 7 years now, A few months ago some people came to the house to fit a new electric meter and they unplugged the bike, I didn't realise until it was to late and the battery had died. Battery charger wouldn't recover it. Bought a new battery and bike fires up , When I plug in the Oxford now though only the green light comes on to say its plugged in... none of the battery lights come on? is it knackered?
  4. Seen it the other night, i enjoyed it, i like Craig as Bond, my favourite Craig though is probably Casion Royale, Eva Green My favourite bond actor is Mr Connery, Fav movie is probably Goldeneye though Bit upset to see Judie Dench leave the cast though shes been a good M, Not sure on the new Q either
  5. Mint and SUSE have both been very good to me with 99% of stuff working out of the box i have a problem with my current laptop's graphic's card not working out of the box so have to apply a fix everytime i install a new OS
  6. Been using Linux for years Started of with Mandrake and Knoppix then moved to Red Hat, Then used Fedora Core before switching to SUSE/Open Suse Im now using Linux Mint
  7. Ive got one fitted to my ER6, it came with leads to come off the battery, i leave it dangling out of bottom of body work, when i go for a ride i tuck it up into the body work
  8. its a Scorpion can, for 2006-2010 Mines 2007, Guy i bought it off had it fitted to a 2008 model that's all i know
  9. Guys, Picked up a Scorpion exhaust 2nd hand for my ER6-N, apart from change the mirrors and remove the rear grab handles its stayed standard for 5 years, ive modified several cars but never a bike Anyway i started stripping down the old exhaust last night and got it all off ok, Fitted the clamp that holds the new exhaust and then though right lets fit the little pit of new exhaust before i fit the can The new bit of exhaust its very very very tight around the old downpipe, and the old downpipe has got like a seal around it and there's no way the new bit is going over it? anybody got any ideas? Below is the picture you will see the new bit of pipe on the end of the old one http://i274.photobucket.com/albums/jj266/baz88icf/20120708_164153.jpg
  10. im bored with mine now, i either spend 2k on a GTB Turbo kit for it and make 280-300bhp plus 400lb.ft+ or trade it in for a Cupra R 265, Spend £500 on a decent stage 1 map and make 300bhp easily Just think i will miss the torque
  11. slow reply here.. as ive said before the PD140 is a cracking engine, Hybrid Turbo's are sooooo last year... Most of us are now fitting Garret GTB Turbo's, The GTB2260VK is a good turbo that can hit 300bhp. A company called Darkside Developments sell bolt on kits for the 1.9 and 2.0 PD Engines
  12. Got all 4 seasons on DVD
