    dont suppose light spray wd40 will do for filter ?

    cana really remember looking at speed, just match the clutch control to the speed he is walking, use back brake to keep bike up right and help control speed if you need it, looking at your speedo will make you balls the whole thing up

    cheers chaps, il get some air filter oil /grease when i replace filter, i have a feeling its never been replaced and it approaching 19k miles

    something ive discovered, why do i need to put oil in air filter?

    ta fozzie! il have a look, i got a feeling it aint been changed since day one, so im expecting all sorts of dead animals in there, can you wash these filters?

    Didnt have much on yestersday due to rain so decided to fettle with bike, air filter was my objective, however discovered its buried beneath fuel tank, so i start removing fairings , removed fasten bolt to frame. Then it occurred to me i was gonna have disconnect fuel line, ah stuck now. Reason im stuck is getting to fuel line is a pain and im not sure when i disconnect it and clamp it shut im gonna end up with a airlock or so other horrible disease.. Seems bit drastic action for a simple check up

    yea, normal beam and 1 full beam bulb comes on!, then when i switch to full beam all bulbs come on. All of a sudden this has started

    is odd i have one full beam light coming on with main beam, then wheni switch to full beam, both full beam lights are as intended, just cana see why it would do this...i have Honda Varadero 125 2004

    Unlucky mate, you'll do it, many people assume mod1 is just a CBT with a bit more , and to be honest it isnt.

    im debating if i can do 150 miles on varadero 125 without my ass dropping off or bike exploding

    Went out today without some gloves on just to see if i rode better, and lo and behold my riding was much better, obviously i cannot keep doing this as its bad practice so im trying to find some gloves that lets you feel the bike like riding without gloves or as near as. Anyone able to recommend?

    Get a flapdisc for anglegrinder and gently and i mean gently brush over it, the flap disc is just sandpaper, 10 min job aslong as your not hamfisted all your gona remove is the rust

    I would think it would be best to go fully suited up to test, kinda gives examiner the right impression and put away his red marker pen ( for a while anyway ) after that go out on ya speedos if thats whay ya want

    So im gonna teach myself to ride, driving for 16 years so im good with roads and signs. What im wondering is what would be a good lesson layout so im not aimlessly just riding about lol. Gona do test at Gateshead tyne and wear, basic plan is to hed down there, about 20 odd mile ride there up A19 then start at test centre, then just go for it, try n find the most ridiculous traffic systems lol

    thanks guys, ive booked a two hour lesson with an instructor, ive been very frank about what im doing but he said this is fine he will show me what i must practice
