3. Thanks Guys I've got some riding to do to make up for lost time & for some of it I don't want to get lost I'm happy to get lost sometimes but then I have to get un lost,,,, er if you get me.
4. Not only that the earth can fur up when permanently connected! don't ask me why but they do This was a massive problem on the rider v1 and the mount would stop working Get it on a switched live if you can @Tankbag Well now you mention it the problem was the earth feed to the denali had completely eroded & fallen off in side the hub box when I tried to get access to solder it back on the live side wire also detached & found to be corroded to bugger. I soldered them back on ( removing the relay to stop heat damage ) found the damn thing was zero resistance at the battery ( sparks when I tried to reconnect the spade at the battery ) I've ordered a new relay from Denali £3.76) hopefully that will fix it but if not I wondered about connecting the satnav direct but having read everyone's advise that's not a good idea.
5. I've got a problem with my denali power hub, its f@@ked, so can I reroute the sat nav power direct from the battery to the tom tom rider satnav holder clip thing & leave it without draining the battery ( with sat nav removed / unclipped ) Cheers mateys
6. Good luck Without offending can I give a tip that I was told, when you dismount say using the left side of the bike before you do turn the bars to the right, that way if the bike is going to fall it will always fall towards you. What bike do you fancy after you've passed ?
7. To update you this event is now provisionally planned for a date TBC In April or May 2021

9. My Neotech2 leaked with the visor fully down, I took it back to Demon Tweaks & tbf they sent it back to Shoei, about 3 weeks later when I got it back it didn't leak. Mine also had slightly wrinkly film visor protector
10. I need to get off the beaten track
11. FastBob that really is in the middle of nowhere Swagman Coordinates is fine, as it goes I think What3words is more user friendly & as FastBob said, could save your bacon with it being adopted by 999 now

13. If you're an outdoor nudist sunbather or shagger this is the place I've found some photos I'd taken
14. Does that not depend on how you ride it and said chain and sprockets and tyres? Well yes , but why buy a Hayabusa and not ride it hard and fast ? That's all it's really designed to do . I'm not saying you can't tour on it . I used to tour on it's predecessor , the GSXR 1100 but I still used to give it the hyperdrive when the conditions were right . Ironically , the one time I got nicked for speeding I was doing 36 mph . I thought the same Bob before I got one & quickly found the was no way I could outperform the bike, however, you know the hyper drive is there if you want it & it's addictive. After you get it out of your system it's a pussy at normal speeds & makes you lazy with gear changing. Other than a retro GS850 ( & yes I am jealous you had one ) I'll never sell it.
15. Zero bikes could jump on this, recharging at home you haven't got to touch anything outside of your house, unless you want to of course
16. Well I'm disappointed there is no advice for swingers
17. I'm going to call this post - Secret British Isles The idea is you post a pic from somewhere scenic in the British isles that maybe not a lot of people necessarily know about and add its location coordinates or post code or What3words Here's one we stumbled over on a hike, I need to save up for it ! Blackpool Mill Cottage, Hartland. The cottage was used as a film location for Rosamunde Pilcher’s ‘The Shell Seekers’ with Vanessa Redgrave and Maximillian Schell and in 2007 for Andrew Davies’ adaptation for the BBC of ‘Sense and Sensibility’ with Dan Stevens, Dominic Cooper, David Morrissey, Janet McTeer and Charity Wakefield. In 2015 the BBC filmed scenes for ‘The Night Manager’ by John Le Carre with Hugh Laurie, Olivia Colman and Tom Hiddleston in and around the cottage. 51°00'10.7"N 4°31'43.3"W
18. You can't ride it without an MOT . You can ride it TO the MOT Station obviously . I've got mine booked in at the Tyre Fitters on Thursday because they reopen on Monday . We must support small local businesses after all . I know you're right Bob it's so annoying I missed the cut off for free grace by a week
19. Hi Rob & welcome no more lurking you can chip in
20. I've mentioned this on here but my bike MOT ran out on 23rd March couldn't mot it due to lockdown & bikes are given free grace from the 30th. It's booked in for 2nd June & I always ride it before its mot, so, ride or not ride it?
21. I wish I still had my BMW R80. Out of the eight beemers I've owned, this had the best engine and gearbox by far. I wanted a 916 until I rode one. Great looking bike, but I couldn't ride it any longer than an hour. (I wish I could afford one now, just to have it in the garage to look at or for track days ) Thought I wanted a CRF1100 AT, unfortunately I only got to test ride the CRF1000 - I'm not convinced this bike is what I want anymore. Before lockdown I was in the process of test riding another Beemer and the KTM 1290GT. I've always wanted a Busa too oooh if money was no object eh! Busas aren't dear now in the scheme of things with bikes
22. One of my mates had one of these I really letched after it. He threw it down the road in France & had to ride it back with the bars pointing at the tank
23. Flipping heck, it either looks like I'm an international drug dealer or I've fired red spot ink with a catapult at the map
24. Same as you guys the shops once a week & once to the vets( apart from raesewell who must be living off tins ) The longest journey was today to get a C19 test. I installed the C19 symptom tracker app ages ago( I figured every little will help) anyway I had an announcement within the app yesterday to go & get a test so they can crunch some more data.
