I looked ahead for the rest of the season and couldn't make the changes I wanted later on with what I had so I had to change which worked out well because I had Crutchlow originally.

BSB test day & Family day Donington Tuesday 7th August

Luckily I have Monday and Tuesday off Work so its Silverstone tomorrow and Donington Tuesday -
We won hospitality tickets in a Silverstone photo Competition. Its V.I.P. in the Wing with Breakfast. Lunch and twee bar included. My 9 year old son is so excited I don't think he Will get much sleep tonight. He has his camera charged and aNew autograph book.

My CBR600FS is bouncing hard over bumps in the road and causing my wrists to hurt rather than going over them smoothly if that makes sense!! Do I need more or less rebound or compression on the front to sort it out? Cheers

I have tried a number of pairs of inner gloves but I find my hands tend to get colder because they make my bike gloves tighter and restrict the blood circulation in my fingers.

It may be the shock linkages, just whack a bit of grease on them. If you use WD-40 watch where you spray it because it may remove the grease you have in the linkages if you get it on them
