    Helen, I was told that they are not so strict on all the different lifesaver scenario's as they used to be, as long as your general observations are ok. I would go with what YOUR instructor tells you as they will know the local examiners and what they particularly look for.

    We could possibly bring the ghetto blaster for in the field - check first that the pub don't mind though. Are you definitely coming to the Rally Paul?
