inside of gloves stick when wet. [updated]

How do i stop this? please don't say not to get them wet.. i can't help it if its raining. i was thinking baby powder, like with swimming hats, but i think it would clog. Soz if this makes no sense, i will edit once on my pc. on my phone atm

Update: Sorry, i didnt make it clear, i hate typing on my phone.

I mean, when your hands get wet or even slightly wet or sweaty it is really hard to get gloves on. Is there a way to stop this? Doesnt talc only work on plastic gloves/swimming hats etc, wouldnt it get sort of clogged up in everything?

put cuffs of gloves inside sleeves of jacket .. stops water getting in.

if it coz they not waterproof, try a waterproof agent for gloves (sponges on) from a camping shop or buy some waterproof ones.

otherwise, not a lot you can do.

Do what Dan says with the cuffs of your jacket on the outside of the gloves so the rain runs off and not into your gloves.

Taking them off you have to pinch each finger and pull in turn untill they come off so the lining stays in place.

Wet gloves are in pain. If yours are not waterproof you could try getting the plastic gloves from petrol stations and wearing them under your gloves.

Original advice is still good however, as to your problem .... not a shed load you can do, especially if you have sweaty hands!

Talc may work, but only for a short while before it gets all clogged like you say ...

Possibly carry half an old tea towel may be of benefit, so you can dry ya hands before you put your gloves on, but if the gloves themselves are wet ... not a lot you can do Alex.

I put mine on the top of the engine to dry as the engine is hot, whilst i stop for a brew and a butty.. nice and warm when i put them on too...

I even remember in the old days putting my gloves "on" over the Twin exhausts to warm them up in the morning and blasting the heated air through them (not sure how good that was for the engine though !)
