Annual Matlock Mincepie meet sun 12 th

Its that time of year again. For the all weather riders to meet for one last time on the bikes at sunny Matlock Bath.

The forecast for sunday is a dry 8 degrees so hopefully the Snow and ice will of melted by then.

I reckon if we get to the fishponds car park for about 12, 12.30 have a mince pie a brew and a chat then home to thaw out.

Only come if the roads are safe (and you have a Mince pie). Yes Fozzie your excused

oh dear not looking like a big meet, unfortunately i am still in swansea then so i not be able to make it but from what my rents are saying and knowing matlock, i cant see it being clear of snow mate, they still got over a foot and all that is happening is its icing over rather than melting.

Bex you have a good point about Matlock being in the shade and the snow just icing over.

So to be on the safe side, I'm going to cancel this.

I'm sure we can have more meets to eat cakes in the year.
