Just bought a torque wrench and chain breaker off fleabay, brand name Sealey, anyone heard of them? any good?


Was quite cheap, so not expecting the best quality :)

yup sealey tools are pretty good not the best and certainly not the worst but they are good enough :)

Well, you haven't bought crap anyway. Like Stu said, not the best, but not the worst by a long shot :thumb:

Sounds good, what torque range is it? I have a torque wrench which is 28 and above, think into the hundreds. But need one that is the lower ranges if anyone can recommend a cheap but decent one?

Don't forget to back it off to minimum setting after you have used it. When torquing down a big casting or cover , do it in stages, start in the middle or at opposite sides and work your way outwards and around. :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
