Dxr Posted July 26, 2011 Share Posted July 26, 2011 My mate recently bought one, 86' in red good condition and it passed the MOT 12hrs after he bought it without so much as a drop of chain lube So far he's changed the oil and fuel (only did 500miles in past 5yrs) and replaced the air filter, he plans on having the carbs sonically cleaned and the plugs done at the same time. Thought I would ask in the meantime about the prob it has....When cold it idles well np once hot it just drops off and stalls, opinions?Also from 3rd gear and above it hesitates and around 6K rpm sometimes momentarily other times its a little extended this seems to be improving with use.
