I work Mon-Fri and once a month a Sat, will it still be able to pass all my A2 test with just a Sunday free or not? I finish at 4 in the afternoon and don't get in the house till 5 though, which way should I do this?

I know exactly which bike I'm after and know I need to do the A2 test.

Thanks,

Adolf.

They don't do tests at the weekend or they don't near me.

Your work should give you time off work to do the test, if not they are barstewards and you should probably jack the job in.

I can't because some weeks I work day shift and the others night shift, no places do weekend tests? :|

I'm in the same boat. Just book the tests for the morning before a night shift. I did an hours mod 1 practice on a weekend, the mod 1 before a nightshift. No problem. Will do the same for mod2.

My firm let me work flexible hours when I did my training ...

Got to be worth asking them?

Nissan won't allow time off work, these would even make you miss a funeral because all Nissan are bothered about is the production line not my personal issues, I need to get my theory done first, just the MOD 1/2 I'm worried about.

must have a work mate who can step in for you. Give them the cash for the hours they work.

I don't really fancy losing a whole weeks wage though, surely I'll be able to get it done on a weekend? According to the website places do weekends to.

If yoou can't get any time off to do the lessons/test. Whenare you going gto get time to ride the bike.

You must be able to swap with someone or do it during your holiday time. Theres always ways and means to do anything.

phone you local test center to see when they do the tests

Ride it to and back from work, on the Saturdays I have off, on a Sunday, and on the night or mornings when I finish work... I need to get my theory done first.

many schools will do sunday lessons so the learning bit wont be a problem, but the test centre itself probably wont be open on a Sun, not sure about Sat though, have a look at the DSA website to see if the test centres are open Sat.

Most of the test centres open on saturday but the available time slots disappear very quickly

So you hardly ever see them when booking

On Fri when working day shift I'll finish at 3pm will I have any problems then? How soon from Mod 1 to Mod 2 can you book them just a week later from eachother? I kind of want to get my test all over and done with, gonna get my CBT done fortnight from now or so and then book my theory test.

You're better off speaking to the person that runs your local Training School or even your Instructor when you see them on your CBT. They deal with the local Test Center/s on a daily basis no doubt so they are the people to be getting advice from.

With all the good will in the world the folk of TMBF just can't answer some of questions you are looking for answers to.

Hope this help and good luck on your journey to becoming a biker.
