I wore a red hoodie (Primark) and went with club mates from Thurrock.

Rode at a sedate 50 ish round to J6 and then doubled back home.

Superb weather if a little chilly. Good turn out and a great day.

I arrived at Clackets at 1130 and left around 1200ish. Rode to Cobham. met a couple of mates and took the scenic route back home from jct 6.

So good to see you back on the bike GOG - how was it?

 

No real problems with my back at the time. A couple of 'twinges' since but not too bad at all

I was behind a 'large' harley most of the time and the noise from the exhausts (well 'drain pipes') was immense!

The organisers say they are going to do it again next year - I'm defo up for that!

Well done for giving it a go (if it didn't quite join completely), I wish I could have made it but was not exactly in the best of health and it wasn't the night after either lol. Perhaps next year if they do it I'll try and make it then
