I don't know what all the fuss is about?

Shingle is no bother, the roads around there are quite fun (especially that little turn off from the westbound A14 that goes straight to the village), and if you get blocked in you can just make your way out over the grass...

Oh yeah.

Hi Rick. This is an open meeting run by the pub in Conington. Some people from the forum toddle off there from time to time. I can't go this week, but if you went along you should find a load of bikers there.

Do both the white Swan and Hartford marina still happen?

I know one is a Tuesday and the other a Wednesday and that would be a good thing if the weather is changeable, just trying to find out if one has ended or both occur, also what's your opinion of the best venue / attendance.

The ONLY bike at the Beer festival on Saturday was mine!

The hot dogs are still a tad expensive but the festival ales were £3 a pint (and you got 1/3 pint 'tasters' for free!). Had to go home and 'force' the missus to take me back in the car for a few more

Still she had a 'real' cider and Dylan got a bit of pulled pork.
