Riding without down pipe

I was following a scooter without downpipes the other day and my ears were bleeding. If you did that on a ER6n...

Plus, doesn't the bike need it for backpressure anyway? Thats why you have to dyno it if you put an aftermarket full system on?

I wouldn't mate....the bike will be silly loud and attract the wrong sort of attention....and it'll probably run like poo too.....

Your running a fire risk never mind the noise which for sure will result in a fine. I don't suppose for a minute you've tried it?

Fine, vehicle default rectification form (= re-MOT), contrary to Construction and Use regulations therefore no insurance therefore points.

All in all a silly idea. Why do you need to run without anyway?

Yes i am. First it cracked and i couldn't get myself to fix it. So after some time down pipe broke complete and was hanging there. And yesterday on the way back from work it snapped and i lost it while driving.

Already ordered new one so will get it done over weekend.
