Tent for Rally

Recommended Posts

Somewhat bike related...?

I need a new tent for the rally and thought I'd ask for recommendations. Needs to fit two people, and needs to be nice and compact so it can fit on the bike along with a pillion. Oh, and it needs to be cheap

Any recommendations?

+1 for Vango

I have a banshee 2 man tent. But in reality its 1 person + gear or 2 small people + not much gear! So i would go for the 3 man tempest. Worth the money. Mines easy to put together once you put the liner to the outer. You can fold it up pre-built just need to insert the poles :) Very warm and comfortable and with a 5000 HH keep you dry!!! Check go outdoors out.

:stupid: 2 man tent is best for 1 person as you have room for your gear, since you are coming with someone and odds are neil (nman) will end up asleep in your tent i'd go for a +4!!!

You don't want anything less than 2 person EVER

i bought a http://www.amazon.co.uk/Gelert-Solo-One ... B00322QRQE for camping across wales brecon beacons. I wanted something light. which it is. But i could JUST ABOUT get inside. Let alone my gear so i traded it in for my new tent (See above) So much more comfortable!
