Ricky Posted January 9, 2015 Share Posted January 9, 2015 Hey guys and girls No I haven't smashed my iPhone 6 yet *touches wood* but I've recently just been given an iPhone 5 for free but it has a smashed screen, no home button and a shagged charging port so I was looking through ebay and there seems to be a lot of cheap nasty stuff on there and also some very expensive stuff obviously I don't want the expensive stuff as you can pick iPhone 5s up now for around 100 quid but I obviously don't want to cheap out and buy shitty stuff and waste time Do my question to you guys had anyone got any tried and tested parts that they would happily recommend to me? fq-craigus Posted January 10, 2015 Share Posted January 10, 2015 Not sure if this helps at all but my friend repairs iphones and he gets all the parts from ebay, although i dont know the brand i know he pays 20 quid for the screen AND digitizer and he has no probs, make sure it includes the digitizer or you will have the impossible task of seperating yours from the broken screen Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
