we already knew that ohjay we just didnt want to say

I have merged the bike pics and videos and called it readers rides which is now on the main page and not in a subforum .....less clicks to get in to it now  plus the videos was hardly getting used

and I have rearranged just a couple as I think the order was a bit wrong to be fair ....more used ones higher up and less used lower down

With everything else out of adult section

I was wondering what you were all taking about until I realised the forum layout had changed... I just always click on "view new posts" :D

Didn't even realise there was an adults only bit! Surely we are all adults though, since it is a bike forum? :-/

You can ride a bike without being an adult just means it's off road, so we would get younger people looking for advice or help.

Plus the adult section had a picture of Stu with his nipples out wearing a hula skirt, something that will scar any child for life!!!

Why the change?

I suppose it was fairly pointless... Not many here can lay claim to being "adult"

And people seemed to be getting bored of posting up pictures of naked people I suppose!

The best invention I've seen on a forum is the "Bitch thread" where people go to settle disputes without fear of being banned. It stops people from trying to be clever (and failing) with their subtle jibes, and you can just point a finger, call their mrs a land whale (or similar insult), and at least that way they never talk to you again

Would be useful to have a section not open to the public.. Just for members to post secret stuff!

I don't want to lock certain areas down like that as it makes for a clique environment

I know places that do this to try and gain money from it in donations/subscriptions but its not for me I'm afraid

You wouldn't need to make it "locked" as such. Just make it so members need a post count of 1+ to see it. It would stop bots from gaining access and so anything we post in there is not searchable to google/bing/yahoo etc.
