MPG is about the same as the Bandit 1250.


Standing start sprint speed is slower than the Bandit.


Pick up from 2K revs in top gear is better than the Bandit.


I can't seem to get the front wheel to 'float' when accelerating (unlike the Bandit) and that is probably a good thing! 8-)


Handling is pure magic (as is comfort). :thumb:


As to comparing the Rocket to a [strikeout]Tractor[/strikeout] Harley, well, than must be similar to trying to explain the benifits of a Banana smoothie to a Monkey (No offence intended Steve) - Until you try it, you will never know that it is far superior.


PS. Thanks Bob for starting a thread without 'Nodding' or Counter-steering' being involved (Oops, thats done it now! :oops: ).

i know how well they go and handle al,a mate had one back when they first came out and used it on a trip to ireland a load of us done and to be fair i was on yam fzr1000 t hen and i know he could go miles further per tank than we could in fact one 1200 bandit ran out half way across the 66 and we had to take a gallon back to him to get him to next garage lol
